La Playa Yacht Club is a non-profit member organization dedicated to maintaining the La Playa Yacht Club Pier and the history of the La Playa Cove area while promoting fellowship among those interested in yachting activities.

To become a member of LPYC you must be sponsored by two current members of the club and be interviewed by at least two members of the LPYC Board of Directors.

The complete application form is four pages – the first two to be filled out by the prospective member and one page each for sponsoring member to complete.

When the completed application has been received, the applicant will be contacted for an interview. After the interview and acceptance for membership, the current initiation fee of $225 is due, along with the $75 annual dues.
